Cap Orienting System
STM Packaging’s Flip Cap Orientation System is designed to mechanically orient a hinge-style cap within the cap. This machine will guarantee your cap is oriented in the proper way to be placed on your bottle.
Cap orientation plays a huge role in the effectiveness of your packaging solutions. If a cap is not oriented properly it can cause delays and errors in the packaging line.

Fabrication and Assembly
Our Custom Automation Division has the resources to do all necessary mechanical and electrical fabrication in our 25,000 square foot facility We make our machine frames from either cut and welded square steel tubing or extruded aluminum. All moving parts are guarded for operator’s safety. Guards are either direct enclosures or overall enclosures generally using clear polycarbonate panels. All-access doors are interlocked to the machine operation.
The overall result is a good-looking, rugged, easy and safe to run custom machine designed and built to give long trouble-free performance.
All equipment is tested and run to the customer’s satisfaction before shipping.
