DTM Packaging offers two lines of liquid filling machines
Both the Purefil and Exacta filling machines feature high accuracy flow meter technology.
This month we are featuring The Ronchi EXACTA Line of liquid filling machines. The EXACTA family of Flow Meter Technology Fillers contain the most innovative features and the state-of-the-art technology offered in the filling industry for liquid or high-viscous products. Exacta filling machines deliver the ideal solution for all filling applications where flexibility, ease of use, rapid change-over, automated CIP/SIP and filling accuracy operations are required. The Ronchi EXACTA line is specifically designed to excel in the following applications: Personal Care Products, Pharmaceutical, Nutraceutical, Home Care, Food and Industrial. Exacta filling machines can be configured with Magnetic Flow Meters (Volumetric Measuring), Mass Flow Meters (Mass Measuring), Corrosive Resistant Option and/or Hazardous Duty filling applications (ATEX, Class 1, Div 1/Div 2 certifications).
