The PureFil Lineup

The Purefil 2500 offers everything you get with the 2000 series and more. Including an extended walking beam for added flexibility with larger bottle sizes. Achieve precise dosing with volume or weight filling using Mag or Mass flow meters. The Purefil 2500 includes a CIP clean in Place system and bottom-up fill capability for foamy or high viscosity products. This continuous motion servo-driven system reaches filling speeds up to 300 containers per minute.

PureFil 1500
The Indexing-style Purefil 1500 features an adjustable pressure tank that optimizes filling speeds for a wide range of product viscosities and incorporates a CIP (Clean-in-Place) system including spray balls, specifically designed for thorough cleaning of the tank interior, ensuring high hygiene standards and maintenance efficiency. For maximum fill accuracy and low maintenance, the Purefil 1500 can be ordered with mass or magnetic flow meters, delivering accurate fill levels within a remarkable ±0.25% tolerance. All Purefils come equipped with DTM designed precision filling heads, equipped with custom nozzles tailored to fit your specific application needs.

PureFil 2000
The Purefil 2000 series takes it a step further with an integrated walking beam nozzle rack, that dramatically increases cycle times and container fill rates. Matched with DTM’s custom-designed filling heads and nozzles a wide variety of container types and sizes can be filled including bottles, jars, jugs and even bags.
The Purefil line fills a wide variety of products today from pharmaceuticals to specialty chemicals, home care, food and personal care, it can efficiently handle both viscous and non-viscous products such as mustard and liquid soap on the same machine.
Our flow meter fillers can automatically reject underfills or overfills without the need for external weight checks or vision systems.
PureFil 2500
The Purefil 2500 offers everything you get with the 2000 an adds an extended walking beam nozzle rack for added flexibility with bottle sizes. This continuous motion servo-driven system reaches filling speeds up to 300 containers per minute.
Both the Purefil 2000 and 2500 feature an infeed helix for total product control. This helix can be extended into the capper, ensuring seamless control throughout the entire filling and capping process.
DTM Capping
A perfect complement to the PureFil filler lineup is the DTM PureCap capper. The PureCap is an inline quill capper with an integrated elevator, designed for seamless operation. Additionally, DTM offers a quick-change pocket sorter, DTM’s bottle separator creates the necessary space between bottles, ensuring each one is perfectly positioned for optimal capping results.
Experience the precision of our quill capping system, featuring 8 quills with the first two spinning backward for flawless cap placement. Enhanced with an air clutch system, it guarantees smooth and consistent operation every time.
