Both DTM Purefils and the NEM Rotary Chuck Capper feature large color touchscreen HMIs for machine control, recipe management, and real-time performance tracking. The first DTM Purefil 1500 is dedicated to filling 2.5-gallon containers, while the second Purefil 1500 can fill all container sizes, including 1 liter, 1 gallon, and 2.5 gallons. This dual in-line configuration offers flexibility and minimal changeover time for any container. Each Purefil 1500 includes a pressurized tank that ensures maximum product fill rates and doubles as a built-in CIP system for quick cleaning.

 

Next, the filled bottles are automatically capped by the New England Machinery 3-Head Rotary Chuck Capper, ensuring high-speed, accurate capping with electronic torque control. All Massman Connected Systems include independent machine controls, machine-to-machine powered conveyors with smart sensors, and container stops to ensure optimal connected machine-to-machine performance.
